Bridge Builders Award Program Overview

The annual Bridge Builders Award Program, hosted by Partners for Livable Communities and sponsored by the Anheuser-Busch Companies, honors and recognizes men and women from America’s most innovative communities for their commitment to building bridges of understanding and cooperation across racial, economic, cultural and geographic barriers.

Honored Partnerships

Through unique partnerships, these honored individuals and organizations pioneer program and projects that stand as great examples to the power and possibility fostered when people put aside differences and join together for a common goal.

Bridge Builders honorees display a unique talent to bring disparate voices together into a chorus of possibility that works toward the goal of community livability. Previously honored programs and projects are as visionary and diverse as the partners who created them. Previous honorees include partnerships between a cabinet secretary and national citizens league, a pastor and national life insurance company, a retired NBA star and global coffee retailer, a leading financial institution and local champions for arts and literacy.
