Partners is developing a training curriculum in collaboration with NRC for neighborhood and community-based leaders that applies an arts-based strategy for economic development, youth programs, and community empowerment.

20/20 Initiative - A Network of Community Foundations
It is a goal of Partners to "institutionalize" the use of arts and cultural resources as valuable tools for community and economic agendas. In association with community foundations and strategic nonprofit organizations, Partners intends to connect cultural resources with community problem-solving agendas and stimulate more cultural community projects by implementing the Culture Builds Communities National Resource Center and establishing a network of Culture Builds Communities Leadership Training Centers to serve neighborhoods of need throughout the country. The Training Centers will communicate the value of cultural community projects to change agents - leaders from business, government and nonprofit sectors who can "make things happen" and will be supported by the Resource Center with information and technical assistance.
