Albert Simone, President of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), for his commitment to RIT, promotion of equity, and outstanding community involvement in the City of Rochester.

 


City of San José, for the diversity of programs and facilities that have been created to assist San José's lower- and moderate-income families by increasing, preserving, and improving housing that is affordable and livable, and to the extent possible, ensuring long-term affordability and contributing to neighborhood revitalization.

 


City of El Paso, for the tremendous public, private, and community partnership that went into the development and restoration of the Plaza Theatre Performing Arts Center as an asset for the future of El Paso.
