AMERICA'S MOST LIVABLE

During the past 25 years at different intervals, Partners has honored 33 communities with the title, "America's Most Livable" for their efforts to improve the livability of their communities by addressing such issues as smart growth, using a community's assets for economic and community development, innovative leadership strategies, undertaking programs for youth at risk, and regional collaboration, to just name a few.

Partners’ Most Livable website was developed to highlight the leaders of these communities and provide their experiences as a resource for other communities. The web site allows viewers to see livability in action. Viewers can access local resources that will help them translate the examples from "America's Most Livable" into reality for their community.

On April 20, 2004 Partners inaugurated a new Web site showcasing our new roster of "America's Most Livable Cities." The site feature extensive and respected commentary on the livability and desirability of our chosen cities and includes links to local web sites in that community where an individual can find comprehensive information based on our selection of America‚s best places. The cities featured are recognized for their verve, citizen problem solving capabilities, and for their relationship to the current agenda of the Creative City program, which involves a dedication to regional cooperation, quality of life, and entrepreneurship.
